Live Blogging at Minister's Enrichment

Just arrived at the Penn-Del annual Minister's Enrichment. With this technology, we are going to try something here--live blogging the main sessions.

H. B. London, a pastor to our nation's pastors, is our guest speaker. For those of you who are unable to attend, we will share what we can so that you can benefit and still feel connected.

HB's message last night was so refreshing. To here an older minister talking about the health of pastor instead of just the work of the pastor doesn't happen to often. Truly, if we follow the Lord and obey His word, there is a spiritual health from which ministry can flow through. Being rather new to the lead pastor's role, the Lord has had to bring me back to the basics of Spiritual Health. I am excited to here about the subject he is talking about this morning.

I agree, even as a YP in the Dist since 97 I am convinced that the overall health of a ministry depends on the basic disciplines of the Christian life and not necessarily the call or the education or even the ambition that the individual has. Great to just listen to such a wise man of God!! Let us not forget where we have all come from...
